Description

Description

This study represents a groundbreaking scientific achievement worldwide and is the first documented work of its kind, with the contribution of renowned physical medicine & rehabilitation doctor Miltiadis Karavis. This book presents for the first time internationally a systematic and original study that connects lymphatic massage with the theory of energy meridians, as described in Eastern medicine, through a modern scientific approach.

The functional correspondence between the lymphatic circulation and the body's energy pathways is analyzed. Additionally, the role of the lymphatic system in immune defense, metabolism, and the regulation of internal balance is examined, along with the importance of Yin - Yang balance in the overall functioning of the body. Special emphasis is given to the relationship between lymphatic vessels and the twelve meridians.

It is addressed to healthcare professionals, therapists, and students, offering a reliable and scientifically structured theoretical foundation. (From the presentation on the back cover of the book)
