The knife is made entirely from stainless steel 420J2.

  • Cleaning instructions: Wash the knife before first use. It is not safe to wash in a dishwasher. Wash the knife with warm water and a small amount of non-abrasive liquid detergent. Ensure it is completely dry before storing. Wash and dry the knife immediately after use.
  • If the knife remains in contact with liquids or other substances for a prolonged period, there is a risk of rusting.
  • The knife may slightly discolor during first use due to the protective coating applied to the steel. This is normal and the stains will disappear with use.
