Players have the opportunity to play as one of the new Survivors and use their unique perks to escape from a new group of terrifying Killers with never-before-seen appearances and abilities.
Each round, players plan their moves by secretly choosing routes on the board. Every time a player moves, new board features, called props, are revealed, which they can interact with to advance their goals or hinder their opponents.
Survivors can use various props to help with their survival and navigation during the trial. Killers use fewer props, interacting with Survivors through their attacks or unique power. Every Killer has a different power that completely changes the way the game is played.
Both Killers and Survivors have perks that provide them with special abilities. Experienced players can customize their characters with different perk variations, offering even more replayability.
