Instructions for the use and maintenance of the casserole dish:
- Before use, the enamel surface must be hardened by adding water and salt in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Boil the liquid and then remove the casserole from the heat. Wait for it to cool completely and then drain it.
- Suitable for all types of stoves (gas, induction, electric, vitroceramic).
- Dishwasher safe, but hand washing with water and liquid soap is recommended to preserve the original appearance.
- Avoid using metal utensils to prevent damage to the enamel surface.
- Avoid thermal shocks: do not pour cold liquids into hot casseroles and vice versa.
- Do not leave the casserole with liquid in the freezer to prevent damage from liquid expansion.
- Do not leave the casserole empty on the heat, as overheating can damage the enamel surface.
- Always place the casserole on a stove burner of appropriate size.
- For cleaning burnt food, fill the casserole with cold water, add a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda, and let it soak for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish detergent, and a soft sponge.
- Do not use abrasive substances or metal sponges for cleaning.
- If the enamel begins to fade, boil the casserole in water with a small amount of dish detergent and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Do not use the casserole if the enamel surface is damaged.
