The CULINARO ALAS buffet presentation base is made of acacia wood, with dimensions 34x20xh10.5cm. The product has been sealed with a non-toxic protective mineral oil, safe for contact with food, to highlight the natural appearance of the wood and help prevent water absorption during washing.

Acacia wood is a sustainable material, naturally water-resistant, extremely durable, with an attractive color and pattern. For cleaning, wipe the product with a damp cloth or wash it with warm water and soap. Avoid soaking or washing the product in the dishwasher.

Like all wooden products, acacia wood items may dry out over time, so occasional application of food-safe wood oil is recommended to restore the original natural appearance.
