Before first use, the enamel surface must be hardened as follows: add water and salt to the vessel at a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Bring the liquid to a boil and then remove the vessel from the heat. Wait for the liquid to cool completely and then drain it.
Usage and maintenance instructions:
- Can be used on all types of cooktops (gas, induction, electric, vitroceramic).
- Dishwasher safe, but hand washing with water and liquid soap is recommended to maintain its original appearance.
- Do not hit the product with metal cutlery, as the enamel surface is fragile and small cracks may form.
- Avoid thermal shocks, such as pouring cold liquids into a hot product or vice versa.
- Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquid will damage the enamel.
- Never leave the enamel product empty on the heat, as overheating will damage the enamel surface.
- Always place the product on a burner suitable for its size.
- To clean burnt food, pour cold water into the product along with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave for 1-1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish detergent, and a soft sponge.
- Never use abrasive substances or products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
- If the enamel surface begins to lose its color, boil the product in water with a small amount of detergent and then rinse well with warm water.
- Never use the product if the enamel surface inside is damaged.
