A strange thing with this product. I have bought it 5-6 times for sure, maybe even more over the past few years. Once or twice I found it perfect and that it helped me! Always, of course, with a diet! The other times I saw absolutely no difference! It was like I was drinking water, exactly the same thing!

At first I didn't really believe it, but I can say that on the 10th day I saw a difference.
I didn't take it for weight loss, as it doesn't make you lose weight!
But you do get less bloated and that's even better. I feel lighter.

It is an excellent remedy for water retention. If you often get bloated from your period, medication, illness, heat, or standing for long periods, and you suddenly look "fatter" and your clothes don't flatter you even though they usually fit, I highly recommend it! I often get bloated due to illness and medication, and as soon as I take it, I notice a difference from the third day—my arms and belly deflate and I look slimmer with a noticeable difference. (The scale may show the same or just 100g less, but I don't care because what I see in the mirror satisfies me.) If you also combine it with intermittent fasting, it works wonders! Very nice taste, it gives flavor to the water and it's a great opportunity to drink more water, especially in the summer. The downside is that it causes frequent urination, but at least the body is detoxified!

It definitely helps if there is bloating. I don't think it helps in any other way with weight loss. It has a nice taste and the quantity is enough for many bottles.

I was quite satisfied with the product! I work during the summer (alongside my regular job) at a restaurant on the beach with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, and everything was unbearable! (legs and stomach) and the retention was evident, an extreme and daily discomfort! Standing for over 10 hours. It helped me a lot! I would put it in 2 large bottles of water and slowly drink it, but I wouldn't put too much because after the many times it sends you to the bathroom, I felt a slight pinch in my kidneys and I would stop drinking it. Also, after the first week when the retention decreased significantly, I would only drink one bottle of water and that was quite late. I am a nurse, so I have discussed it with colleagues at work, it works and many people take it! It's worth trying.
