The Pentair 2G Slimline water filter system is installed under the kitchen counter on the cold-water supply line and connects to a separate faucet on the countertop. It features three filtration stages: a 5 μm polypropylene sediment filter, a Pure LRC 2510-P5 0.5 μm coconut-shell activated carbon replacement filter, and a Purewater UF-10 0.01 μm inline filter.

The activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, odors, heavy metals, organic and chemical compounds, as well as cysts and microorganisms. The system connects to 1/4" Quick Connect water inlet and outlet lines and accepts 10" activated carbon cartridges.
