The OTI pan made of pure fireproof cast iron features high thermal capacity, storing heat and distributing it evenly and steadily to food for a long period of time. This ensures that food acquires a delicious flavor while retaining its nutritional properties.

With a foldable handle, the OTI pan is easy to use and can be stored without difficulty, making it particularly practical for any kitchen. Fireproof cast iron improves with use, as it gradually absorbs fat into its porous surface, making it a suitable long-term investment.

Pan size: 22x22 cm

Care and usage instructions:

  • Coat with oil: Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and dish soap, rinse, and dry. Coat the pan with vegetable oil on all sides and place it in the oven at a low temperature, around 100°C, until the oil is absorbed.
  • Cleaning: It is recommended to clean with salt and warm water, using the rough side of a sponge or half a lemon. Avoid chemicals or detergents.
  • Maintenance: Before each storage, coat the pan with vegetable oil. If it has a lid, avoid storing it closed to allow ventilation.
  • Rust removal: Heat the pan and scrub it with the rough side of a sponge. If rust persists, soak it in a solution of 50% water and 50% vinegar.
