The OTI pure cast iron frying pan is ideal for preparing healthy and delicious meals. It features a high thermal capacity, storing heat and distributing it evenly to food over an extended period, ensuring flavorful dishes that retain their nutrients.

With a foldable handle, the OTI pan is easy to use and store, making it practical for any kitchen.

Cast iron pans improve with use, as they gradually absorb oil into their porous surface, making them a long-term investment.

  • Dimensions: 26x26 cm
  • Maintenance and usage instructions:
  • Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and dish soap, rinse, and dry.
  • Coat the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and place it in the oven at a low temperature (about 100°C) until the oil is absorbed.

This process will create a protective layer that prevents rust and stickiness.

  • Cleaning: It is recommended to clean with salt and warm water using the rough side of a sponge or half a lemon.
  • Avoid the use of chemicals or detergents that may be absorbed.
  • Maintenance: It is advisable to coat with vegetable oil before each storage.

The removal of rust is normal for pure cast iron pans. Heat the pan and scrub it with the rough side of a sponge. For stubborn rust, soak the pan in a solution of 50% water and 50% vinegar and clean again.
