Designed for the Cook&Serve concept, this dish can be used directly from the oven to the serving table, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, and inns.

Usage and maintenance:

• Can be used in an oven with a maximum temperature of 230°C.
• Remove wooden or plastic parts before placing the dish in the oven.
• Suitable for all types of stoves (electric, gas, induction, ceramic, wood stoves) and open flame.
• DO NOT use in microwave ovens.
• DO NOT put in the dishwasher.

Before first use, heat the dish for about 10-15 minutes. Then, oil it and place it in the oven at high temperature for about 60 minutes. Regular repetition of this process will extend the product's lifespan. After use, wipe and dry the dish. Drying can be done on the stovetop. Never leave the product wet.

If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a sponge or wire brush, rinse, and dry. Oil it and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.

The surface of the cast iron dish is not flat and has small irregularities and roughness, which are not considered defects. The products are made of pure metal without any additional coating.

Attention! Use gloves or heat-resistant handles when handling hot dishes.
