The ZEB Ultimate fork is designed for demanding applications, from enduro to downhill and freeride. The thick-walled 38mm stanchions guarantee absolute stiffness, while the interior includes the new Charger 3 RC2 damper with ButterCups that eliminate vibrations.
This fork model was used on Brandon Semenuk's bike in the Red Bull Rampage competition as well as in many categories of the Enduro World Series. These successes testify to its top durability and precise performance. The Charger 3 damper features a floating piston (IFP) that ensures smooth travel throughout the fork stroke. The improved adjustment knob for quick and low-speed compression now includes a scale, and the damper oil used is Maxima Plush, which reduces noise and friction.
The low-speed damping adjustment is now more precise, with changes being more noticeable. The use of ButterCups significantly reduces hand and forearm fatigue, while increasing bike control due to better vibration absorption. The DebonAir+ air spring is more sensitive to small irregularities, increasing the air chamber volume, while the fork reduces dive even on the steepest descents.
The Ultimate Bushing Package and the Maxima Plush Dynamic Suspension Lube effectively reduce friction between the seals and the stanchions, ensuring the best performance in all conditions. The lightweight, CNC machined and anodized crown offers excellent appearance and durability. The SKF seals with ultra-low friction coefficient effectively protect the interior from dirt without sacrificing smoothness.
The valves located at the back of the stanchions allow the release of trapped air under the seals during riding. Simply press the button to enjoy the fork's excellent performance again.
