The Longer Ray5 mini laser engraver uses a 5.5 W laser diode with a 450 nm wavelength and a 0.04 × 0.04 mm focal spot for engraving fine lines, small lettering, and decorative patterns. Its 130 × 140 mm work area is suitable for small items such as keychains, plaques, and decorative pieces. It engraves wood, MDF, leather, and acrylic, and also supports metal, fabric, and ceramics.

The pre-assembled design and 2 mm focusing block make setup easy. It can be controlled via USB or Wi-Fi from a computer or the LaserBurn mobile app, and it also supports offline operation after the file has been uploaded. It is compatible with LaserGRBL and LightBurn, as well as JPG, PNG, BMP, and DXF files.
