Blade with a smooth cutting edge, made of high-quality stainless steel with chrome-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV15). Hardness 57 ± 2 HRC. Hand-sharpened by experts for a perfect sharpening angle and long-lasting cutting power.

Features:

  • Stainless steel guard with a light contour, designed for comfort and safety during use.
  • Fully handmade handle, made from red Micarta discs and black leather discs, both infused with resin.
  • Aluminum handle and tang, with a brass adjustment nut.
  • Protective cover that prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade.
  • Black leather sheath equipped with a clasp to secure the knife and a belt loop.
  • Blade length 13 cm.
  • Made in Portugal.
