Directions for use: Apply to the skin with a brush, sponge, or fingers. Apply to the eyelid area and blend immediately before it dries. Use on clean, dry eyelids. To highlight and define facial contours, apply to both sides of the forehead, under the cheekbones, at the bottom of the chin, and on both sides of the nose. Blend the color transitions. Can be used alone or over a makeup base.
