The Pavoni PX4359 pastry mold has 20 cavities for making individual tarts with a shape and texture inspired by lemons. It is made from Platino Flex silicone and was developed in collaboration with pastry chef Cédric Grolet.

Each cavity measures 6 × 6 × 3.7 cm and has a capacity of approximately 65 ml. The mold is suitable for use in the oven, freezer and microwave, and is dishwasher-safe. It can be used with the perforated strip PVXF7020 during baking.
