I’ve been using it for quite some time and have noticed a difference in both cramps and the feeling of tired legs, as well as reduced anxiety. Don’t expect miracles from day one; consistency is key.
I usually take 1 capsule three hours before bed and 2 only when I have cramps.
Personally, I prefer this particular form, as it’s the only one that doesn’t affect my irritable bowel and has very high absorption.
The magnesium content is 150 mg, but due to its high absorption, it works much better than the formulas. The previous one I was taking contained only 75 mg, which I only found out after a while.
If someone is specifically looking for magnesium bisglycinate, I’d simply suggest comparing the form, the actual elemental magnesium per capsule, and the price. By those criteria, it’s worth it for me!
Το χρησιμοποιώ εδώ και αρκετό διάστημα και έχω παρατηρήσει διαφορά τόσο σε κράμπες και στο αίσθημα των κουρασμένων ποδιών όσο και στη μείωση άγχους. Μην περιμένετε θαύματα από την πρώτη μέρα, θέλει συνέπεια.
Συνήθως παίρνω 1 κάψουλα τρεις ώρες πριν τον ύπνο και 2 μόνο όταν έχω κράμπες.
Προσωπικά προτιμώ τη συγκεκριμένη μορφή καθώς είναι η μόνη που δεν επηρεάζει το ευερέθιστο έντερο και έχει πολύ υψηλή απορρόφηση.
Η απόδοση μαγνησίου είναι στα 150mg, αλλά λόγω υψηλής απορρόφησης αποδίδει πολύ καλύτερα από τις φόρμουλες. Το προηγούμενο που έπαιρνα ήταν μόνο 75mg και το έμαθα μετά από καιρό.
Αν κάποιος ψάχνει συγκεκριμένα magnesium bisglycinate, θα έλεγα απλώς να συγκρίνει μορφή, πραγματικό elemental magnesium ανά κάψουλα και τιμή. Με αυτά τα κριτήρια, για μένα αξίζει!
I can't say I noticed any difference compared to other magnesium products. The thing is that out of the 750 ml of magnesium it says is elemental, only 150 ml is actually elemental, which is not mentioned anywhere, so 2 capsules are needed daily

I bought it twice, and in both cases, the bottle’s inner safety seal was already detached/removed. It may be due to poor sealing or defective packaging, but we’re talking about a dietary supplement intended for consumption. For me, this is a serious issue of trust and safety.

It is chemically impossible for 750mg of magnesium bisglycinate to yield 150mg of elemental magnesium.
It is “buffered bisglycinate”, meaning: a little bisglycinate + another form of magnesium (oxide, carbonate, citrate) and the company conceals this, although it is not illegal, since the legal framework allows companies to use the term Bisglycinate without clarifying that it is not 100% bisglycinate.
A genuine 100% Bisglycinate supplement yields:
at 375 mg → 40–45 mg pure elemental magnesium
at 750 mg → 82–90 mg
and at 1000 mg → 110–120 mg
