Instructions for use: Apply a generous amount to face and body 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use sunscreen before every exposure to the sun and reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not stay too long in the sun even when using sunscreen. Infants and young children should not be exposed to direct sunlight at all.
