• Concentration: Add 10% by volume (ratio 9:1) with 4030 Intercoat for better performance during spray application.
• Intensity: 4 – 6 medium wet coats are recommended for full color saturation. Allow each coat to air dry without tackiness, approximately 10 minutes between coats under dry, mild conditions.
• Adhesion: Designed for artistic use with excellent adhesion, they do not peel or fade during tape application.
• Application machines: Suitable for a variety of spray guns and airbrushes. The recommended settings are:
• Spray gun: 1.2 – 1.3mm nozzle, 25 – 35 psi
• Mini-gun: 0.8 – 1.0mm, 25 – 35 psi
• Airbrush: 0.5mm – mixed with 4030 for optimal atomization; smaller nozzles are reduced with 4012 High Performance as needed.
