Water Filtration System Platypus GravityWorks 4L U24 is a high-performance gravity water purification system designed for groups and camping sites. It operates without a pump, utilizing the height difference between the dirty water bag and the clean water bag.
The microfilter with 0.2-micron holes allows water flow up to 1.75 liters per minute, facilitating quick filling of bottles, hydration systems, and kitchenware. It is ideal for camping and hiking where access to drinking, cooking, and cleaning water is needed.
The system uses hundreds of fine, hollow capillary fibers that filter water faster than traditional filters due to their large surface area. Each microfilter has been individually tested to meet EPA and NSF guidelines, removing 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa.
