Specifications
The Borner V3 Trendline Pro mandoline slices in three thicknesses and cuts into sticks and cubes in two sizes. Its V-shaped blades are made of stainless steel, while the rubber feet provide grip during cutting. The grooves on the base fit over the rim of a bowl or container.
The ergonomic handle makes it easy to use, while the safety holder grips fruit and vegetables and protects hands from the blades. The protective case stores the cutting inserts, while the organiser case holds the mandoline and its accessories. The mandoline and accessories can be rinsed under running water.
