The Borner V6 Exclusiveline Pro mandoline slices vegetables and fruit, and cuts them into sticks and cubes. The V-shaped blades are made of stainless steel, while the rubber feet provide grip during cutting and the ergonomic handle makes it easy to use.

The cutting inserts let you choose thin, medium or thick slices, as well as sticks in two sizes: 3.5 mm and 7 mm. The safety insert covers the blades when they are not in use. To make cubes, cut the fruit or vegetables with a knife first.
