The Borner V3 Trendline Basic mandoline slices fruit and vegetables into slices of three different thicknesses. The V-shaped stainless steel blades provide precise cutting, while the rubber feet and ergonomic handle make it easy to use steadily. Recesses on the underside allow it to rest on the rim of a bowl or other container.
The slicing insert lets you choose thin or thick slices, while the slicing and safety insert provides a medium slice thickness on one side and covers the blades on the other. The safety holder grips the food and protects your hands from the blades. The mandoline and its accessories can be rinsed under running water.
