Wild Green Mate Tea, Organic, 350g, Aromandise

Green mate (also known as yerba mate) is found in its natural state in certain areas of the state of Paraná, in southern Brazil. It grows naturally in the shade of the forest and is hand-harvested only every 2 years, from June to August, which gives it a higher level of phytonutritional components compared to cultivated mate.

Ingredients: mate leaves (Ilex paraguariensis) from organic farming. The leaves are stabilized with steam, then dried and crushed.

Preparation: classic extraction in hot water. Place 2 teaspoons (about 3g) of tea in 200ml of hot water (90 degrees Celsius) and let steep for 7 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place.
