The car ISO connector allows the connection of radios that have an ISO connector to the car's factory sound system. In many cases, the connector installed in the car is not an ISO connector, which causes problems when connecting aftermarket radios. The solution to this problem can be either modifying the wiring of the radio and the installation in the car or using a plug and play adapter.

The installation of the adapter involves two steps:

• Connecting the adapter to the car's wiring
• Connecting the adapter to the radio's wiring
