The 50 mm thick trapezoidal roof panel has a PUR/PIR polyurethane foam core and steel sheets. The PUR core has a density of 40 ± 2 kg/m³ and thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/mK, and its structure consists of 95% closed cells. PIR foam is self-extinguishing and classified as reaction to fire class B-s1-d0 in accordance with EN 13501-1.
The insulating core contains no CFCs or HCFCs, is odourless and recyclable. The steel sheets are usually pre-painted and galvanised.
