A new series of "pocket" books from Lemvos Publishing. The series aims to introduce readers not only to the works of great authors but also to the era in which they thrived, as well as to shed light on the events in their lives that shaped their personalities and, consequently, their personal style.

It offers the general public condensed knowledge on various topics related to the lives of great literary figures. Through its pages, unique aspects, episodes, and anecdotes of their lives and works are unfolded in a simple manner.

These are not strictly "academic" studies – that honor belongs to the theorists and scholars of world literature – nor are they simplified or popularized approaches. Each short biography is based on reliable sources from Greek and foreign literature and on the extensive personal study of the respective author, ensuring its completeness.
