• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 20 mg (25% NRV*)

Other ingredients: corn starch (filler), gelatin capsule with zinc oxide colorant, magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent).

Directions for use: It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily during a meal with water. In special cases or for overweight individuals, the dose may be increased to 2 capsules per day – one in the morning and one in the evening.
