In autumn 2024, elections will be held in companies, after which the new JAV committees will begin their work. Their task is to represent and enforce the interests of young employees, trainees, and dual students. The legal foundations are found in the Works Constitution Act, the Vocational Training Act, and the Youth Employment Protection Act.
