Instructions for use and care: Do not use the product in microwave ovens. Wash the product thoroughly before first use. Avoid striking the product with metal utensils as the enamel is sensitive and microcracks may form. Thermal shocks can damage the product. Do not pour cold liquids into a hot product or hot liquids into a cold product. Do not store the product with liquids in the freezer, as the liquid’s expansion will damage the enamel. Never leave the empty enameled product on the flame as overheating will damage the enamel. Always place the product on a stovetop suitable for its size, making sure the flame does not exceed the base. To clean burnt food, pour cold water into the product along with a few teaspoons of salt and baking soda, and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive materials or products such as metal scouring pads for cleaning. Do not use the product if the enamel on the inside is damaged. If the enamel begins to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish soap and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
