The first generation Lamborghini Countach Speciale (special model) was the epitome of the Supercar genre. Among other Supercars, the red Walter Wolf No.1 Countach was introduced to Japan in 1977 by Seaside Motor, at the same time it appeared in Supercar exhibitions and caused a sensation, proving particularly popular among the youth. It was called the 'Black Countach' at that time, with the exterior featuring a white wavy line running from front to back along the black cabin. With the V-shaped design adopted from the LP400 onwards, the LP500R was equipped with a front spoiler, bulging rear fenders, a flat rear wing with frames, and 15-inch BBS wheels/Pirelli P7 tires (at the time of introduction). An important point was that the LP500R was different from the base LP400 version, and its interior was tuned in white. Although called ‘500’, the engine was actually the same 4L V12 DOHC as the LP400. From chassis number 1120144 onwards, the background regarding when, where, and why the 1975 model was produced remains speculative. It is called Countach GT and SS, with fans continuing to discuss the mystery surrounding this iconic Supercar.
