Mythos gyro pan made of cast iron MAYSTERNYA, D24xh6cm.

Instructions for use and maintenance:

  • Before first use, heat the product at high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops emitting smoke, then let it cool down.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt into the product and heat again for 3-5 minutes while stirring.
  • Allow the product to cool and then coat it with a thin layer of sunflower oil, both inside and outside.
  • Repeat the heating and oiling process 2-3 times.
  • The product is ready for use on all hobs and open flames.
  • After use, wash, dry, and coat the product again with a thin layer of oil. The drying process can be done on the stovetop.
  • Never leave the product wet.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored to its original state. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or a copper brush, then rinse and dry.
  • Heat at high temperature for 25-30 minutes and coat the surface with a thin layer of oil.
  • The surface of the cast iron is not flat, it has small protrusions and irregularities which are not considered defects.
  • The products are made from pure metal without any additional coating.
  • You can use the product on all types of hobs (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open flames.
  • If the product has wooden or plastic additional parts, disassemble and remove them before placing in the oven.
  • Warning: When transporting the hot utensil, make sure to use gloves or handles with heat protection.
