Niok, round cast iron casserole suitable for serving RAKI D9.5xh5cm. The product is designed for the Cook&Serve concept, allowing its use from the oven directly to the serving table, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, and guesthouses.
Use and maintenance:
- Can be used in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
- If the product has wooden or plastic parts, remove them before placing the casserole in the oven.
- Suitable for all stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood burners) and open fire.
- Do not use in a microwave oven.
- Do not clean in a dishwasher.
- Before first use, preheat the product for 10-15 minutes. Then, oil it and place it in the oven at high temperature for 60 minutes.
- Frequent repetition of this process increases the product’s lifespan.
- After use and washing, wipe the product and dry it thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
- Never leave the product wet.
- If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel spatula, rinse, and dry. Oil the product and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- The surface of the cast iron casserole is not flat and has small irregularities, which are not considered defects.
- The products are made from pure metal without any further preparation.
Attention! Use gloves or handles with heat protection while handling the hot cookware.
