    The company that produces vital silver for people over the age of 50 should take into consideration that most people of this age are hypertensive and therefore should not include ginseng among the other ingredients. I (wrongly) did not notice this ingredient before purchasing it, I bought 2 pieces and now they are sitting in the drawer. As for the other ingredients, they are the usual ones found in all multivitamins for all ages. So be careful for hypertensive individuals.
