  • Dishwasher: safe for washing in the dishwasher.
  • Two layers of enamel: made of carbon steel with double enamel coating.

Instructions for use and care:

  • Before first use, wash the saucepan with water and liquid detergent.
  • Avoid inert materials and products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
  • Do not use metal utensils to avoid damaging the enamel.
  • Avoid thermal shock: do not pour cold liquids into a hot product and vice versa.
  • Do not store liquids below 0°C in the freezer to prevent damage to the enamel.
  • Do not leave the enamelled saucepan empty on the flame.
  • Wash burnt food with cold water and a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda for 1-1.5 hours, then clean with water and a soft sponge.
