The mini oval cast iron casserole for serving RAKI measures 12.5x9xh5cm. The product is specially designed for the Cook&Serve concept, allowing its use from the oven directly to the serving table. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, and guesthouses.

Use and maintenance:

• Can be used in an oven with a maximum temperature of 230°C.
• Remove any wooden or plastic parts before placing it in the oven.
• Suitable for all types of stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood ovens) and over an open flame.
• Not suitable for use in microwaves and dishwashers.

Before first use, heat the product for about 10-15 minutes. Then, oil the product and place it in the oven at a high temperature for about 60 minutes. The more frequently you repeat this process, the longer the product will last. After use and washing, wipe and dry the product thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stovetop. Do not leave the product wet.

If rust appears on the product for any reason, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel brush, then rinse and dry. Oil the product and heat it at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes.

The surface of cast iron cookware is not flat and has small irregularities, which are not considered defects. The products are made from pure metal without additional coating.

Attention! Use gloves or heat protection handles when handling hot cookware.
