Mini round cast iron casserole D9.2cm with bamboo base RAKI. The product is specially designed for the Cook&Serve system, allowing it to be used directly from the oven to the serving table, making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, and guesthouses.
Use and maintenance:
- Can be used in the oven at a maximum temperature of 230°C.
- If the product has wooden or plastic details, remove them before placing the casserole in the oven.
- Can be used on all types of cooktops (electric, gas, induction, ceramic, wood-fired) and open flames.
- Should NOT be used in microwaves.
- Should NOT be washed in a dishwasher.
Before first use, heat the product for about 10-15 minutes. Then, oil the product and place it in the oven at a high temperature for about 60 minutes. The more frequently this process is repeated, the longer the product's lifespan will be. After use and washing, dry the product well. Drying can be done on the cooktop. Do not leave the product wet.
If rust appears on the product for any reason, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel wool, then rinse and dry. Oil the product and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
The surface of cast iron cookware is not flat and has small irregularities and roughness, which are not considered defects. The products are made from pure metal without additional coating.
Attention! Use heat-resistant gloves or handles when handling hot cookware.
