Instructions for use and maintenance of the briki:

• It can be used on all cooking hobs (gas, induction, electric, vitroceramic).
• It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with water and liquid soap is recommended to preserve the original appearance.
• Avoid contact with metal utensils as the enamel is delicate and may develop small cracks.
• Avoid thermal shocks, as they can damage the product.
• Do not pour cold liquids into a hot product and do not pour hot liquids into a cold product.
• Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquid can damage the enamel.
• Never leave the enameled product empty on the fire, as overheating will damage the enamel.
• Always place the product on a burner suitable for its size.
• To clean burnt food, pour cold water with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish detergent and a soft sponge.
• Do not use abrasive materials or products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
• If the enamel starts to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish detergent and then rinse well with warm water.
• Never use the product if the enamel on the inside is damaged.
