After cleansing your hair with warm water, squeeze out the excess moisture and apply an amount roughly the size of two walnuts. It is best to use it primarily from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair. Leave the mask on for at least five minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate your hair. You can wrap your hair with a warm towel for even more effective hydration.

After the application time has passed, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles, locking in all the nutrients. It is also useful to know that there are creams that can remain in the hair without rinsing.
