For best results, it is important to apply the mask to clean hair after washing. Simply squeeze your hair lightly and apply an amount approximately the size of two walnuts from the mid-lengths to the ends, massaging gently. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes, and for extra hydration, wrap your hair with a warm towel. Finish by rinsing your hair with lukewarm to cold water to "lock in" the nutrients.
