Description & Specifications

Cast iron frying pan 28cm with 100% natural (seasoned) vegetable oil coating, ready for use. Suitable for all stovetops, barbecue grills, and ovens. Provides excellent heat distribution and retention for even cooking.

Cleaning and care:

  • Allow the cast iron cookware to cool completely before rinsing with warm water. You can use a small amount of soap. For stubborn stains, simmer some water for 3-5 minutes and then use a scraper after the pan has cooled.
  • Dry immediately and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. Avoid prolonged contact of the cookware with water.
  • Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of the cookware. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.

Maintenance:
