The Ankor 28 cm cast iron frying pan has a natural vegetable oil seasoning and is ready to use. Cast iron distributes and retains heat, helping food cook evenly. Suitable for gas and induction cooktops, barbecue grills and oven use.

After cooking, allow it to cool before washing with hot water, then dry it immediately. To maintain the seasoning, coat it with a thin layer of cooking oil. To refresh the seasoning periodically, place the pan upside down in the oven at 200 °C for one hour and allow it to cool.
