Cleaning and care of a cast iron pan:

  • Step 1: Allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing it with warm water. You can use a small amount of soap. For stubborn stains, simmer some water for 3-5 minutes and then use the scraper after the pan has cooled.
  • Step 2: Dry immediately and carefully with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. Prolonged moisture is not suitable for cast iron cookware.
  • Step 3: Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of the pan. Use a paper towel to wipe until no oil residue remains.

Maintenance and seasoning:
