    It may take 2-3 days for large pimples, but they do work and act quite quickly. After a few hours, if you remove it, it has absorbed part or all of the pus, depending on the size of the blemish. For those that are just starting to come out, it speeds up the process. On the plus side, they are super cute—I went to the supermarket with one on and people were telling me what a nice... earring I had! (Yes, I had a breakout in a spot where people sometimes get face piercings.) I'm not giving 5 stars because the very small patches included in the set are a bit difficult to use.
