Instructions for Use:

• Wash your hands carefully before application.
• Press the earplug between the thumb and index finger and roll it cylindrically.
• Pull the ear upward and outward and quickly place the earplug into the ear canal.
• Hold the earplug in the ear for 15-20 seconds until it is fully unrolled.

Storage: Earplugs can be reused as long as they remain clean and in good condition. Use the plastic case to keep them fresh and dry.
