So far, very satisfied. It has a large basket... very important. I have put 4 neck steaks at once. 1 kilo of Swedish-style meatballs at once. 10 chicken-bacon rolls also at once. They cooked perfectly without even turning them over!!! Open, marinated chicken, 1.6 kilos, cooked perfectly... without turning!!! Η Izzy Digital XXL 10LT IZ-8271 μπήκε στην κουζίνα μας και άλλαξε εντελώς τον τρόπο που μαγειρεύουμε. Αποτέλεσμα φούρνου, στο μισό χρόνο και χωρίς ταλαιπωρία.
Το πρώτο που μας εντυπωσίασε; Πόσο αθόρυβη είναι. Δουλεύει δίπλα σου χωρίς να σε ενοχλεί, κάτι σπάνιο για συσκευή 2200W.
Η έγχρωμη touch οθόνη με τα 12 προγράμματα και τα εικονίδια είναι κάτι που πρώτη φορά συναντάμε σε φριτέζα αέρος. Διαλέγεις με ένα άγγιγμα και η συσκευή αναλαμβάνει. Η προθέρμανση και η υπενθύμιση γυρίσματος βοηθούν πολύ στο τελικό αποτέλεσμα.
Και το αγαπημένο μας: διπλή αντίσταση πάνω-κάτω. Τέρμα το αναποδογύρισμα. Ψήνει ομοιόμορφα παντού, σαν επαγγελματικός φούρνος.
Το παράθυρο Food Control σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να βλέπεις τι γίνεται μέσα χωρίς να ανοίγεις τον κάδο και να χάνεις θερμοκρασία.
Η XXL χωρητικότητα 10 λίτρων ανοίγει νέους κόσμους. Ολόκληρο αρνί καρέ με πατάτες, οικογενειακή σοκολατόπιτα, ταψάκι για γλυκό , όλα χωράνε άνετα.
Τι φτιάξαμε:
-Αρνί καρέ με κρούστα μυρωδικών & πατάτες baby – 200°C, 45 λεπτά. Λουκούμι.
-Pulled Lamb Burger από το αρνί που περίσσεψε – 200°C, 5 λεπτά. Zero waste, premium street food.
-Σοκολατόπιτα με κόκκινες φακές – 180°C, 25 λεπτά. High protein, χωρίς ενοχές.
-Mini Donut Bites από τσουρέκι – 200°C, 8 λεπτά. Τραγανά απ’ έξω, αφράτα από μέσα.
Ο αποσπώμενος δίσκος και τα μέρη που μπαίνουν στο πλυντήριο κάνουν το καθάρισμα παιχνιδάκι. Και σου χαρίζουν βιβλίο συνταγών και 30 αντικολλητικά χαρτιά μιας χρήσης, που τα λατρέψαμε στην πράξη.

So far, very satisfied. It has a large basket... very important. I have put 4 neck steaks at once. 1 kilo of Swedish-style meatballs at once. 10 chicken-bacon rolls also at once. They cooked perfectly without even turning them over!!! Open, marinated chicken, 1.6 kilos, cooked perfectly... without turning!!! Of course, cooking times vary depending on the amount of food, usually upwards, as do the WATTS required. You will learn this in practice through experience. Also important is the button for the reminder to turn the food, it doesn't notify you exactly halfway through the cooking but when it deems appropriate based on its algorithm. For example, if cooking takes 20 minutes, it won't beep at 10 minutes but much later. I shouldn't forget to mention that you avoid washing the baking tray when using the oven... here you just throw away the baking paper or the paper tray and that's it. In all the times I've used it, I've only wiped it a little with a damp cloth. So far, it hasn't needed to be washed by hand or in the dishwasher... For convenience, ask artificial intelligence based on the model you have and the type of food you will cook, it is very accurate. Of course, write down everything: grams of food, if it's in pieces, if it's marinated, etc. The more details, the more the AI adjusts the time and temperature it suggests, with a higher chance for a perfect result.
Μέχρι στιγμής πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Έχει μεγάλο κάδο...πολύ σημαντικό. Έχω βάλει 4 μπριζόλες λαιμού με την μία. 1 κιλό κεφτεδάκια τύπου Σουηδίας με την μία. 10 κοτομπέικον επίσης με την μία. Ψήθηκαν τέλεια χωρίς καν να τα γυρίσω πλευρά!!! Κοτόπουλο ανοιχτό, μαριναρισμένο 1.6 κιλά ψήθηκε τέλεια...χωρίς γύρισμα!!!..Εννοείται οι χρόνοι ψησίματος διαφέρουν ανάλογα την ποσότητα του φαγητού, συνήθως προς τα επάνω όπως και τα WATT που χρειάζονται. Αυτό θα το μάθετε στην πράξη μέσω της εμπειρίας. Επίσης σημαντικό το κουμπί που είναι για την υπενθύμιση αλλαγής πλευράς ψησίματος, δεν σε ειδοποιεί ακριβώς στην μέση του ψησίματος αλλά οπότε κρίνει αυτό βάση αλγόριθμου. Δηλαδή αν το ψήσιμο κρατάει 20 λεπτά για παράδειγμα δεν θα χτυπήσει στα 10 λεπτά αλλά αρκετά αργότερα. Να μην ξεχάσω να αναφέρω πως γλιτώνουμε το πλύσιμο του ταψιού , όταν χρησιμοποιείς τον φούρνο...εδώ απλά πετάς το αντικολλητικό χαρτί ή το χάρτινο ταψάκι και τέλος.. στις τόσες φορές που την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει, ελάχιστα την σκούπισα με ενα βρεγμένο βετέξ. Μέχρι στιγμής δεν χρειάστηκε να πλυθεί στο χέρι ή στο πλυντήριο πιάτων... Για ευκολία ρωτήστε την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη με βάση το μοντέλο που έχετε και το είδος φαγητού που θα μαγειρέψτε, πέφτει μέσα σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Εννοείται να τα γράφετε όλα: γραμμάρια φαγητού, αν είναι κομμάτια, αν είναι μαριναρισμένο κλπ. Όσο παραπάνω λεπτομέρειες, τόσο αλλάζει η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη τον χρόνο και την θερμοκρασία που προτείνει με μεγαλύτερη πιθανότητα για τέλειο αποτέλεσμα.

-Mini Donut Bites from tsoureki – 200°C, 8 minutes. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
The removable tray and dishwasher-safe parts make cleaning a breeze. And they give you a recipe book and 30 disposable non-stick papers, which we loved in practice.
