Description & Specifications

The Guardini XBake bread baking tin has an ILAG non-stick coating with ceramic particles, free from PFAS and PTFE. Its specially designed “salvagoccia” base helps prevent leaks during baking, while the optimized steel thickness promotes even heat distribution.

It is made from ArcelorMittal Eco-Steel XCarb® eco-friendly steel, produced using low-CO₂-emission technologies. The manufacturing process recycles steel scrap to create new metal. Before first use, wash it and lightly grease it with oil or butter. To care for it, hand-wash and dry immediately. Avoid using metal or sharp utensils.
