• Short cylindrical drills for metal, according to DIN 338, type N, TBX 4F, HSS-E (Co5%)
• Made of HSS-E (Co 5%), ground, heat-treated, and with special surface treatment 'Blade coated' with right-hand cutting
• Point angle of 135 degrees, helix angle of 20-30 degrees
• Diameter tolerance h8
• From 2 mm with additional grinding at the cutting edge and reduced tip, in accordance with DIN 1412 C, for easier cutting / reduced cutting force and faster drilling
• Designed for drilling into non-alloyed and low-alloy steels, heat-treated steels, and ideal for drilling into light-colored stainless steels (304L and 316L) with R950 N/mm, drilling into non-ferrous materials (aluminum alloys, copper, and bronze), various spherical materials (not in spherical parts made of steel powders or carbide metals)
• The special surface treatment 'Blade coated' facilitates heat dissipation, debris flow, and therefore higher cutting speeds and increased durability in demanding applications
• Recommended for use in drilling machines, stable and secure equipment, and only occasionally in portable electric or pneumatic drilling machines
