As an owner of the Honor Magic 8 Pro, being here means you are struggling to find a case for your device, just like me.

The problem with these phones is that since they are not available in Greece, it is difficult to find a decent case. Especially if we are talking about Honor and Huawei devices.

So, I went ahead and bought the above case and here is what I have to say:

On the positive side:

It is MagSafe, so if you have a charger and power bank of this type, it works normally.

As a long-time user of iPhone Pro Max models, I bought the carbon case from Pitaka which started at €70 and went up to over €100. I thought that with this one, because of the price, I would see a difference in quality, but it is exactly the same premium experience. Additionally, the case is open at the volume buttons and the camera control button, so you can see the color of your device.

On the negative side:

If you have never bought such a case before, be careful because: They are made to give you the experience of a caseless phone, so the protection is only against scratches. When it comes to drops, it is purely a matter of luck.

Unfortunately, with such a case on my 14 Pro Max, I was not lucky with a drop from less than a meter and had to replace the screen.
