Description

The Silikomart Transparent Glaze Spray is a professional ready-to-use solution for quickly finishing fresh or frozen desserts such as mousses, semifreddo, cake glazes, or other preparations that require a glossy appearance without affecting the product's color. Thanks to Bag-On-Valve technology, the spray is uniform and stable, even when the package is tilted or upside down, while the gas never comes into contact with the glaze, preserving its color and taste without oxidation. The system allows the use of the product until the last drop, avoiding waste, with safe and harmless gas. The fine transparent glaze offers an impressive visual effect, ideal for elegant presentations.

Usage: apply directly to the surface of the dessert

Ingredients: Water, glucose syrup, fructose, humectant: E420; inverted sugar syrup, thickener: E406; acidity regulator: E330; thickener: E440; dextrose, stabilizer: E413; preservative: E202; thickener: E466. May contain: soy, milk, and sulfites.

Instructions for use: If stored below 17°C, leave the product at an environment between 18°C and 25°C for at least 2 hours before use. Spray an even layer from about 20-25 cm onto the surface of semifreddo that has been frozen at -18°C / -23°C. After glazing, place the semifreddo back in the freezer at -18°C / -23°C for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days. After a minimum of 2 hours in the freezer, thaw the glazed semifreddo in the refrigerator at 4°C and consume within 1 day. Store the product at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Do not store the spray in the refrigerator.
